Facade Delivery
At 977 Facades, we bring a ‘Project Management first’ mindset to Facade delivery, to overcome common industry challenges through a focused and driven approach that prioritises proactive and collaborative decision-making with our Clients.
We move beyond the traditional ‘Fixed Price, Lump Sum, All-Risk’ procurement model, which often leads to Contractual disputes, Budgetary issues and Programme delays. Instead, we offer an innovative ‘Fee-based model’ that identifies, quantifies and shares Project costs and risks from the outset. This approach not only improves cost certainty but provides savings whilst enhancing timeline reliability, widening procurement options and retaining focus on the key matters of Safety, Quality and Building Safety Act compliance.
Whilst we still manage the full lifecycle – Design, Procurement and Installation – our key differentiator lies in how we manage these as well as project risk and complexity.
At 977 Facades, our ethos is simple: to ensure the successful delivery of the Project Façade as measured by each of our Client’s ‘optics’.
As a Project Management led organisation, we provide our Clients with a more pro-active, dedicated and informative experience, as our Projects are managed by a nucleus of industry experienced personnel, who have a demonstrable awareness of the importance of the ‘Client Journey’ and who are not bound by the induced limitations of a traditional appointment.
Rather that they have the freedom and knowledge to select the Products, Suppliers and Services that best suit the Project, the Client’s requirements and which optimise ‘value’. In short, after ratifying that we have the capacity and resources to facilitate the project, we provide our Clients with a more engaging ‘solutions’ orientated approach that has the values of transparency and collaboration at the core.

We understand that Clients typically regard Façade Works and Façade Procurement as challenging and high risk due to being a critical path activity, complex in terms of components and materials and technically demanding.
We recognise that Client and Project requirements vary extensively and therefore we offer a range of services to allow for a tailored appointment.
Main Contractors, Developers, Building Owners, Maintaining Lease Holders
and Private Clients with high value niche or complex Façade requirements.

We believe Façade procurement and realisation requires a fundamentally different approach to avoid the common pitfalls that so often undermine Project outcomes. By placing Project Management at the forefront and fostering effective collaboration from the outset, we deliver Façades with greater certainty – managing expectations, timelines and outcomes more reliably.
Ultimately, we aim to provide our Clients with a more rewarding, partnership-based experience – one that builds trust, delivers real value and lays the foundation for continued collaboration and repeat business.
We believe the façade industry requires a more intelligent and accountable approach to procurement and delivery; one that directly addresses the recurring risks, inefficiencies and failures seen in traditional façade contracting and procurement models.
Our model empowers Clients with greater control, improved governance and increased confidence that façade systems will be delivered safely, compliantly and to the required technical and performance standards.
This Legislation, which primarily impacts High-risk Residential Buildings (HRBs) over 18 metres, introduces the mandatory ‘Gateway’ process and ‘Golden Thread’ requirements – adding new layers of responsibility, process and documentation; thereby changing how Facades are commercially procured.
Importantly, the Act also applies to existing façades. With the extension of Limitation Periods, Remediation Works are becoming increasingly common. These typically involve the removal of existing rainscreen panels, bracketry and firebreaks and replacement with components and systems that meet Technical and Safety requirements. We provide full support across this scope – from initial assessment to final delivery.
To enhance our offering, 977 Facades has a collaborative relationship with CGL Systems, who have a range of CCPi accredited aluminium rainscreen systems that are technically supported, tested and offer a practical solution to the on-site challenges of remediation. Together, we offer Clients an integrated ‘Supply and Installation Service’ that includes product selection, cost planning, programme development, procurement and installation – backed by both technical rigour and practical experience.
